You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation or purchase a vehicle through this website. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm it or other users.

We make every effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate and up to date. However, vehicles may be subject to prior sale and information may change without notice. We recommend confirming all details with us before travelling to view a vehicle.

The price shown is the total price for the vehicle as advertised. Additional services, delivery or warranty options may be available and will be quoted separately where applicable.

A £500 reservation deposit can be paid online to hold a vehicle for an agreed period. The deposit is not the full purchase price; it is deducted from the total balance due.

• The deposit reserves the vehicle for a limited time agreed at the point of reservation.
• If we are unable to supply the vehicle for any reason, we will refund the deposit in full.
• If you decide not to proceed after the agreed holding period, the deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.
• Full reservation terms, including any refund conditions, will be provided with your reservation confirmation.
• Deposit payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Any part-exchange valuation provided through the website is indicative and based on the information you supply. The final value is confirmed only after a physical inspection of your vehicle. If your vehicle has outstanding finance, we can settle it directly with your lender as part of the transaction.

Warranty options may be available on qualifying vehicles. Full warranty details, terms and exclusions are provided separately before purchase. Routine servicing and repairs are also available through Stockport Mechanics, part of the Stockport Automotive Group.

We may introduce you to finance providers. We are not a lender and any finance offered is subject to status, affordability checks and the lender’s own terms and conditions. We will provide full details of any finance agreement before you commit.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website or any vehicle transaction. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in relation to the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Stockport Motors Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
